Hi guys,
I'm an instructional designer, but do a side gig doing grphic design fo a few very small firms. i previously used my works laptop, a powerful lenovo, but since moving jobs i was issued with an i5 Lenovo miix which was utter crap.
I've just been issued a new T490s which is lovely, but well out of my price range and i'm not able to use my works laptop for anything other than work. Its incredibly restriced due to working for a bank.
I need something which fits the following criteria: I'm looking for a laptop, £700 max, which has a 15" or above screen, 16gb ram, M.2 SSD capabilities, and around 256GB of storage. It must also be FHD.
Ideally, RAM would be upgradeable, and bot the CPU and SSD should also be easily upgraded.
I might stick football manager on it, but i've no desire to use it for gaming. The adobe software quite and streaing will be its main jobs. Video editing is highly unlikely, but possible in the future.
I know you must get lots of these queries, so i ask for your forgiveness in advance. What would you reccomend for the money?
