£700 spec check please

Looking at buying for around the £700 mark. I have keyboard, mouse, os, speakers, monitor, dvd rw and dvd rom. Just need a new base unit.

Heres what i have come up with. Not sure about the motherboard, went sli to try to future proof but may never use. Opinions/ advice welcome.

aceshigh, Have you got any links to reviews info on this card. Iv' e read a few things for the 512mb but nothing on the 256mb. I see it is overclocking well in another thread. Do you know how it performs in FEAR? As far as im aware this is one of the most graphically intense games out at the moment. Iv'e read there may be driver issues with it.
If i switch to the ati card, should i change the m/b? i doubt i will go down the sli route if consensus suggests it is not worth it.
