700 to spend

Can some one please help me out by building the best spec comp i can have for £700 including monitor and keyboard. Ive not built a PC in years so I'm a bit lost with the latest spec.

quite a bit over budget 0.0 but what you can do is go for a E21 series cpu and then get a better HDD or a antec p182, thats if you dont mind getting dual core instead of quad

i was looking a quad core i could manage to go about 30 quid over budget is there anyway we could do that or would it be to much a compromise to do so . Oh yeah it will be used for gaming and i also need a operating system.

NoobieOCer's spec uses a quad although the overall budget is slightly higher than you stated.

not really, but if you can't afford to spend the extra, I don't think you'll be dissapointed for the price.
