I'd suggest you keep the XP Pro as well since there appears to be little point in moving to XP64 or Vista just yet. This is what I'd probably go for given the budget.

does your budget include selling the bits your replacing? becuase if it dosent (and your willing to sell them) you could probably shift that graphics card and get a nice shiney new one if you wanted to.. (although, holding onto it for DX10 would also be a pretty cool idea)

That kit is worth rather a lot tbh, the cpu should still fetch £175-£200

couldnt say about the ram as i dunno what brand it is but i would guess £120, graphics £100

those are all very rough guestimates, but yeah
