~£700 Video Editing Build

Sup guys wondering if you could help me out. I’ve got £700 of my hard earned money ready to be blown on a decent desktop mainly used for editing HD footage. My budget is pretty flexible, maybe even pushing up to £900 however I do require all peripherals and ideally would like 2 monitors but wouldn’t mind holding out on the 2nd if the money could be used better elsewhere .I would prefer an intel build, SSD for operating system and I’m not sure what else... I’m after the best value PC anyone can spec me for my needs, I also like to programme too if that changes anything. oh also I need it to be a system which can be pre built as i don’t have the time or patience to be building myself, thanks in advance guys PEACE!

Will this be JUST for video editing? No gaming at all?

Have you checked to see whether your programme uses GPU rendering or not? If IRS supported its a lot quicker than CPU rendering.
