Hovering about the £700 mark and you have a good solid and overclockable PC, I'd give serious thought to overclocking here since it will make up for the fact that the budget is a little tight for all you require. :)

I've always found Microsoft keyboards and mice to be excellent but I haven't used that specific one. If you aren't planning on overclocking much then it sounds fine to me, you will be able to do some overclocking with the IP35-E but probably not as much. :)
