Yea .. i don't think you'll see any major difference in temp which ever route you take tbh

Don't look at idle temps - its the full load temps that matter

I personally think the tubing looks much neater going from the pump to the rad behind the mobo tray and then from the rad to the CPU block, then gpu block and then you can put an nice long bend from the gpu to the res. Well, that is what I did anyway

Yea best way to sort out loop order is the easyest and cleanest route, only the res before the pump is important really and a res higher than the pump.

Not quite. Instead of having the pump going to the GPU I ran tubing behind the mobo tray and the pump feeds directly to the rad. The rad then goes to the CPU block, then the GPU block and then back to the res. I prefer this as I think the piece of tubing you were planning going from the rad to the res looks quite messy
