Ordered this bad boy

Mainly wanted it due to the weight of it. 720g compared to the shockers of 1500g!

So what's the most expensive thing you have bought for your business?

£620 is probably a drop in the ocean compared to other tools (snap on)!

I've seen these in use & it's cheating.

:p

I buy nowt for work as I hate it. :p

So are you a window cleaner? The only windows I clean is XP, I imagine that's true for a lot around here.

Can you count company cars? They're pretty expensive investments and you could regard it as a tool.

Yeah i must admit, it is too easy. But to be fair, 99.9% of my customers would only use this system now. As long as you know what you are doing, they will be 99% perfect!

Yup went back to window cleaning due to the costs of pure water technology going down. Couldn't be happier!

I've heard it's the only legal way to clean windows these days with all the Health & Safety BS, Apparently if you put a ladder up to the 2nd floor you have to fix it. True ?

Urm kinda, its a bit  on the actual rules. Triple ladders are banned for window cleaning. BUT you can get round the rules with dead weights, anchors and footings.

TBH you are not going to employ someone just to foot the ladder all day long.

Can you imagine what an owner would say if you started to drill & fix your ladder to his house about 20 times whilst you work around the windows. :p

I'd say the tool is Superb especially as it saves you a mans labour.

Ahh but do you get good banter out of dead weights?

:p

Noticed that a lot recently round here. Guys with a fan a long extensions up to 1st, 2nd, 3rd floors. Failing that, I've seen lads putting up scaffolding to clean the higher levels! What a waste of time, I'm sure they'd rather be on a ladder and earning more than all that faffing surely?

My old man used to be a roofer - just used to climb up and tile away, no harness or any of this and was fine as long as there was a scaffolding around the outside. Now I see they have to be on a line and allsorts, no wonder it costs a fortune to get any work done nowadays.
