Yea I missed that post that you said that. But I was right about the overclock on the 7850 was unstable though

Does the XFX 7850 allow you to increase the voltage by the way? Just thought you should know, it's kind of XFX's tradition to cut corners with their custom designed PCB, once they passed the initial reference design phase. It could well be not the problem with the GPU itself, but the cut-down design of their custom PCB (using lower quality caps etc).

IMO it's better to run the game at 1080p and change the render scale to 67%, that way the HUD stays crisp.

His monitor is 1366x768 native res though, so no point in 1080p at all.
