Swap the PSU for the 520W version of the same as the one you have is overkill. Use the money you saved there and get a Gigabyte GA P35 DS3R motherboard.

Can't argue with BillytheImpaler's advice, if you are overclocking then you might want to consider an aftermarket cooler though.

Won't be overclocking. And Yup. have dvd drive already and OS + monitor.

I've been thinking should i swap the quad core for a 3ghz intel core 2 duo instead? or stick witht the quad core?
