Heres one I just knocked up, using the current best proc, the Core 2 Duo, and the best overclocking mobo there is. (tis a sin to not overclock these things!)

Graphics, mouse and keyboard are a little bit of a compremise, but as you have used a laptop for so long, I assumed you weren't a "hardcore gamer"
