£750ish spec?

Ok I think it's time for an upgrade, mainly because I just started a new job and need something decent to play games in my spare time + office work.

I would like an antec 182, 8800gts, c2d and 2gb of ram, hdd space isnt a big deal, 200gb will be fine just would like something quiet(ish).

Budget is £750, don't really want to spend much more but if a great performance boost is a little over, it doesnt really matter.

Oh sorry, no monitor is needed atm, I have 23" samsung tv that i can use in the mean time.
