750ti or r7 370

Looking for a gpu to go in my htpc / steam machine.

Only after high settings not bothered about ultra.

Will be on a 1080p 42" tv

Budget is around £130

So far debating

Evga gtx 750ti sc
Msi r7 370

Or upping the budget a bit if there is a big enough increase and

R9 380
Gtx 960

Which is going to give me 40+ constant fps at high settings.

Go for the 380 or the 960, they're both quite close to maxing out details at 60 fps for all but the latest games or the most demanding mods.
The 380 is slightly faster but it's less power efficient so if that isn't a concern, that's what I'd get it.

Edit: I've noticed the context, a steam machine, in which case the cooler, more efficient 960 may actually be a better choice.

and 960's are cheaper than 160.

imo get the fastest you can afford.

ti would be the best bang at 97 but as suggested you might want to see what the 950 performance and price is like.

Yeh wonder how the 950 will stack up against athe 370 & 960 if its closer to the 960 than the 370 then i think i might go for it
