Ive chosen this, http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-064-TT

for these things,
Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 "Energy Efficient SLACR 95W Edition" 2.40GHz (1066FSB) - OEM
Asus P5N32-E PLUS SLi nForce (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
Zalman CNPS7500-CU CPU Cooler (Socket 478/754/939/940/AM2/LGA775)
Thermaltake ToughPower 750W Modular Power Supply
Antec Nine Hundred Ultimate Gaming Case
Samsung SH-S202JBEBN 20x DVD±RW x12 Ram Dual Layer DVD-Writer (Black) - OEM
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GX22GB6400UDC)
Leadtek GeForce 8800 GTX 768MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail

Should I choose a less powerful PSU? Preferrably a cheaper one :) ?
Also any comments on the rest of the system?

Ide say yes, anything above a 480 would be powerful enough unless you want to upgrade big in the future.

EDIT: Beat to it :D
