7600GT volt mod

Looking to volt mod m 7600GT, it's a emtek 7600GT with a zalman cooler fitted.
I was looking a this website
for a tutorial, so looked carefully removed my 7600GT from my system but where is this resistor? And what does 10k mean is there a particular place for it to be found?

Would really aprectaite some help on this guys

K thanks for the help, I'm gonna leave this voltmod! I download coolbits registry hack and have pushed the 7600GT to 650MHz/800MHz at this speed the volt mod just sounds unessecarry!! So thanks for the help guys, but i am a noob at volt modding.

If it only it was easy as it was modding the X800 Pro to XT BIOS FLASH
