So I have a 7600k chip, not actually overclocked, I'd like to have a play but really not sure on what to do with the voltage stuff I read about as I dont want to blow it!

Has any one here got maybe this CPU and some tips, Its not delided if that would make a huge impact. I have a Gigabyte Z270X Ultra Gaming board and the cooler is an Cooler Master Seidon 120V

The last CPU i overclocked was an AMD FX 6300 which well, it was a crap cpu so made no difference.

In my BIOs there is also CPU upgrade choices e.g. 7700k at 4.6Ghz, Is it safe to try the auto or better to manual tweak

Start off with the CPU upgrade in the bios and run some tests like cinebench while having HWmonitor running to keep an eye on your temps. Test all the way upto the max upgrade and give us an update
