7700k onj the horizon question

will you be doing a top spec 7700k bundle straight away, or will there be a delay? on both fronts will an iH100 fit the new z270 mb.

look forward to placing an order when the time comes:D

No real point going for a 7700k unless you're upgrading from an old system. If you're upgrading your sig system, it'll be much better. I'm now upgrading to a 6600k from a 2500k because of age.

IMHO, I think Kaby will be a simialr event to Haswell - Broadwell, not as impressive as the generation before and very few benefits.

Kaby will be 1150 socket, so unless MB manufacturers do something stupid around the socket, a H100i (or any other 115x cooler) will fit.

Yeah I will update my bundles after the first round of CPU binning to include the new CPU and Z270 boards.

The cooler will fit yes.

As for performance I can't comment on none released hardware..

Have you seen or had your hands on any 7700Ks yet 8Pack, or is it still to early?

Mostly just curious about OC potential, the same or greater than Skylake

Are you expecting Kabylake to have better OC headroom than Skylake?
I'm very pleased with my [email protected], 1.3v...with just an AIO
Maybe voltage a bit high ? :(
