775 m/bd with AHCI

Hi. A question from a newbie.
I have just purchased an ssd and find that my M/bd does not support AHCI.

Can anyone suggest a skt 775 M/bd that will support AHCI for an ssd ?;

Present setup is Asrock G41M-VS2, Q6600, 8 Gb DDR2 ram, GTX260,
500Gb and 160Gb Sata drives, Windows 7 64 bit.

Anything with an Intel RAID controller is AHCI compliant for LGA775. Go for a P35 chipset or above and get that q6600 overclocked.

You don't need AHCI for the drive to function, you'll just not get the full performance. Take a look at this topic here...
