Why has OCUK stopped stocking the 6gb 780 cards?

They are all gone AFAIK, someone even got 1 of his 2 cards purchased sold to another so ended up with 1x3GB and 1x6GB and they cannot get him another 6GB.

Pretty sure it was the partners who gave them 6GB not Nvidia say so.

There are still cards available elsewhere, mainly Palit though. Shame as I'd prefer to buy from here :/

I know Zotac have stated that they have discontinued GTX 780 6GB and will no longer be available.

We have less than 50 Titans, I could sell 500 6GB 780's if I could get them but MSI, Inno3D and KFA all have no stock. MSI and Asus never did 6GB version. Simple answer is the board partners forecasted wrong, fact is 4k caused a huge uplift in demand.

Even the Sapphire 8GB card is now nearly sold out.

I can believe that. I bet you could've sold a shed load of the 6GB 780s if you could get the stock. Seems a lot of folk enquiring about them lately.
