780 sli base unit

Want some ideas please, was going to do an mpower themed build with 1 780 lightning but i reckon we can get 2 780's in there for what that would cost.
So basically i'm after a "budget!!" 780 sli build.

2x780's
4770k
250gb ssd

Dont need a drive though.
Will the msi cards be better if a rma is ever required??
Have owned a 1000w seasonic plat and there excellent psu's but will an xfx one do??

I am not sure how good MSI RMA service is, I would have chosen the Gigabyte but they are slightly dearer and I know they have a UK RMA service and quick turn around.

The XFX will do, but I thought I add the Seasonic as you mentioned are excellent PSU units.
