780 ti in shop

I thought it was only the 780's being pulled as well but the 980 must be better than both so no need for either now.

Maybe they're phasing them out and reserving GK110 cores for Titans/Quadro only? GTX980 will probably be cheaper to make and more profitable. Similar performance + lower TDP + more memory.

This is really annoying. I've spent almost 2 months drooling over the EVGA Superclocked version and the Asus ROG Matrix, I get paid tomorrow and can finally afford one, and boom - all gone!

Lets hope the 980 is just as good, but I have my doubts...

Also checking the stocks the other day on OCUK I have a feeling they pulled them from the store so they can re-introduce them at a higher than average price saying "Get your 980 beating card here", It is OCUK after all.

yeah, we are going to sacrifice sales by hiding stock, that really sounds like OcUK doesn't it?

You have no clue, Gibbo wouldn't bother hiding a product to change the price  If we had stock I assure you, it would be online.

Scott's right tbh.

As an aside, if you see cheap 780Ti cards people I'd jump on 'em now!! :D

So did someone suddenly in the last 3 days buy out almost the entire stock of 780ti?

After hardly any stock movement on the EVGA Superclocked and the ASUS ROG 780ti, suddenly 13 units just went, and all the stock of the other models?
