7800GS AGP issues - power related?

Got a 7800GS OC (BFG) today as a replacement for my b0rked 6800gt, did the det destroyer thing and installed it fresh and all was fine and dandy until i tried to launch anything 3d :(

It runs stuff ok but there is a small pc speaker built into the card that is squeeling like a trodden on rat. card is running at 60c with something 3d running and 12v = 11.97 to 12.12 with the 3.3 and 5v lines showing the same.

Now what is making it squeeel? any ideas?

sussed it myself, running a 2nd psu with the green-ground bridge with the card on it and its fine now. New psu time for me i think ;)
