Thought its about time to press some more buttons. So I open up the graphic cards properties box, click manual overclock, then Detect Optimal Frequencies. After a while, Core Clock @ 521MHz and Memory Clock @ 1.19GHz. As its an XFX7800GT 450/1.05 this seems a bit of a jump. Is it safe to go further?

I find that going much past the optimal frequencies give me errors (and quite rightly so due to the way it finds the optimal).

Thats a nice core clock, best mine will do is 511MHz, however due to mine being a gainward bliss, i get a nice 1422MHz on the memory

Mine detects the speeds in my sig using the detect optimals. Tried to up it slightly and it crashed so i havent pushed it any furher.
