The AC Accelero does a good job too and is cheap too

Zalman on low is silent, and I had mine poking outside of my shuttle! On high it is still quiet, and very cool.

I had the Zalman VF700 and the Arctic Cooling Nvidia Silencer 5 rev3 on my pair of BFG 7800gt's before i went to watercooling. Both had near identical performance and both were close to silent. I preferred the AC Silencer though as it exhausts the hot air out of the case instead of just moving it around inside. It can also be had a lot cheaper than the Zalman offerings.
