Just built a spare pc out of bits i had lying around although the graphics card seems to have a weird problem i have never encountered before.
Basically there is a sound coming from the graphics card, like what a cricket bug makes. Although when im sitting on my desktop not doing anything there is no sound although when i scroll up with the mid wheel or move the cursor over a list of links etc it makes the sound. When in game its worse with the same sound but constantly on and louder, although not on loading screens.
Any ideas?
