These are my idle temps is it normal for package temp to be so much higher than core?

Check your cooler screws, my temps were the same when i just built my system, i tightened the screws and dropped 10c.
Currently 37c with fans at 600rpm cinebench gets up to 78c fans about 80%
i have 5c difference between cores and die

i only did them 'thumb tight'
interesting in cinebench 30 mins both core and package converge to package 88c and core 85c

trouble is, when they designed Ryzen 7000, and wanted to keep compatibility with coolers from the previous generation of CPU's but change from PGA to LGA which lowered the socket, the only way they could do it was to put a massive heatspreader on top of the cores, I think last I heard it was nearly 4mm thick, and that doesnt help with temps at all.

You really dont want to tighten the screws with anything more than your thumbs, too much pressure on the socket is not a good thing, most coolers come with thumb screws for a reason or have some sort of stop on the screws to stop you overtightening
