780i SLI and overclocking

I'm seriously considering changing my motherboard as a result of very bad overclocking results last night and I'm looking for advice. Which one of the following SLI boards would be best for overclocking and SLI?

Asus Striker II Formula nForce 780i
Asus P5N-T Deluxe nForce 780i
MSI P7N Diamond nForce 780i SLi

Depends on your cooling, I'm currently experiencing the NB and SB chips at 75 idle on standard settings in an air cooled system - coolermaster 1000 Rc case with Striker 2 Formula and I'm not the only person with a problem as other problems releate to Ocing the memory and FSB.
