780ti sli

I have a crossair 750w gold. And have room in my NZXT Phantom Enthusiast. I have a Gigabyte motherboard with two card slots.

A good 750 watt PSU will run 780Ti SLI, but it might be pushing it. I had an XFX (seasonic components) Silver 750 watt when I first went 780Ti SLI - and it used to really ramp up and also made a terrible buzzing / coil whine noise (which I thought was my cards at first).

To be sure I upgraded to a 1000w superflower PSU, which purrs along with ease and makes no noise at all, and then sold on the XFX (which worked great with no noise with my previous 670 SLI build).

My advice would be give it a go and see how you get on.

Thanks for the advice. I did upgrade the psu last time when i went from my old 500w with my 680. To the reference 780ti. Hopefully it holds out. As i intend to upgrade my cpu mid next year. Which will be a large upgrade. New motherboard and ram needed as it is a x99 ddr4 i7
