7850 okay with universal GPU block?

Hi was planning on getting a 7850 and wil be converting my gaming rig to water when I disassemble my old rig in the foreseeable future. Would a 7850 do okay with just one of the EK or Koolance GPU blocks and some ram-sinks? or would it be better to wait in the hope somebody releases a 7850 specific block?

Ek have a full cover block in the pipeline for the 7850, I'd be tempted just to wait for it to be released.

Awesome, I had seen this the other week but thought it had gone dead as no news till may but they reckon they should go on sale by the end of the week

I hope this is a batch release with the 670 and lightning blocks!

Their available now, EK-FC7870 - Nickel, sadly they have the horrific black with circles look that EK are going for now
