7900 vs 7950 debate

anyone know what the diffrents in a 3dmark or perfromnce would be with theys 2 setups would be


2 x xfx 7900gt extreme 520/1500

and

1 x Point Of View 7950 GX2 500/1200

I'd personally get the GX2 purely because its a single card solution and uses less power.

im not wanting to buy one its just me and my mate have a debate going i have said the 2x 7900 are about the same as the 1x 7950 or if not abit faster and he as said its not

7950gx2 is faster. its clocked more on the core compared to stock 7900's.
