7900 XTX Availability UK

Specifically the default factory AMD card: how available do you think this card will be on release day? I'm not the type to join the F5 refresh wars on websites. Is it likely to be at least £1200 with the 20% vat over the $999 US price?

My prediction

Very, very limited supply on day one, then they will, to all intents go completely absent in the UK retail channel for 4-6mths or so until AMDs partners have had a chance to make some money on them with their cards.

..only after that will they start to re-appear for sale at the usual E-tailers.

I would want an MBA version of the 7900xtx at a sensible price too, I don't want anything bigger so it fits, and not 2 to 3 pcie slots wide. All AIB models of the 6900xt or XTX are much longer and wider than MBA version, the only card that was the same in size apart from width was the gigabyte 6900xt gaming.
If i cant purchase a MBA version of the 7900xtx then i shall just wait until well next year when stock is available. If not will stick with my 6900xt untill RDNA 4 and sensible pricing. The PC world has gone price increase MAD.

The PC market has gone crazy with prices, GPU's, motherboards, CPU's, Memory, the list goes on. and 2 years down the road it's all half the value or less.

I've still got a 1080ti (£720), as that was the last time anything was reasonably priced!
