7900GS problems

Well heres the deal... I have 2 7900GSes in SLi, which have been running grand up until now... but it started off about a week ago, I started getting little problems in games... like when i was playing TF2 textures would extend off longer than they were supposed to... but it steadily got worse until I was playing The Wither one day and everything started spazzing out... Things stopped rendering properly and the framerate went nuts.. followed by a BSOD.
the BSOD was saying that some driver, think id was like nv_disp was caught in an infinite loop, so i thought it could be the drivers. Downloaded new drivers and tried again and got the same BSOD... 3 times in a row.

Occasionaly like today TF2 would run perfectly fine for about a min or so, then it starts looking like it's trying to alt+tab itself out, followed by complete freezing.

Any ideas as to whats wrong? I was thinking about upgrading my Gfx cards soon anyway, but just wanted to double-check before I changed them jsut in case that wasnt the problem here.

Try them individually the 79xx series had a high memory failure rate.

K, I'll try switching my secondary GPU upto my primary and running it by itself... probably tomorrow. Got coursework to hand in by midnight so it's probably not the best time to start tearing my computer apart right now ^^;
