I have been running my graphics card through the standard monitor cable and plugged it into the pc port on the back of my 37" Samsung.

I have just got a cable that plugs into the back og the 7900 and is HDMI at the other end.

When I plug this in and disconnect the other cable the TV does not pick up the signel.

Does anyone have any experiance with this as want to watch HD content on TV.

Setup instructions would be appriciated.
 
Sorted.....

Had to go into the graphic card settings and change the resolution settings for the TV to pick it up.

just need to get some HD films to try..

One thing I have noticed is that I can have a higher resolution through HDMI then the TV would let me through the PC input :)
