7900GS : Worth swapping a 256Mb one for a 512Mb one?

Currently using a 256Mb Leadtek 7900GS.

Is it worth swapping it for a 512Mb Ocuk one? looking at the palit one for £140

In that case, no need to upgrade. 1600x1200/1680x1050 is the minimum you would need to see any major performance difference, if any at all.
