Hi

I have overclocked my 7900gs and get temps of about 80c when running Ati tool artifact tester. Is that an acceptable temp?
 
Not really. I'd always like to stay under 75C. Get a zalman VF-900-CU cooler for the card and you'll be able to voltmod and OC the card close to 700/900 speeds and stay around 55C :)

Thanks, I will monitor the temps and possibly get the Zalman.

I overclocked using ATI tool but I have no idea how to volt mod?

Do you adjust the fan speed through the Speedfan 4.32 software? Or Nvidia control panel?...
