7900GT Bottleneck?

Was just wondering if the following CPU is alright for my 7900GT (Had it for 3-4 weeks, never thought to ask)

AMD Athlon 64 Winchester 3000+ @ 2.5 Ghz
 
Now if you had a Celeron 1.4Ghz, I would be screaming at you to get a new CPU. As that would be a serious bottelneck! :eek: :p
 
You could know it by the temperatures, if the card stay at the load temp and the Cpu goes higher,with a higher fan speed, there is a bottleneck, a way to tested is running heavy applications (not 3D) and then a 3D application, try Nvidia Geoforms with 4AA.
If the cpu is always like that there is a botteneck,also you could open performance,the you look if goes to CPU 100%.
