Hi,

Can someone kindly advise me on the brand types of a 7900gtx?

Is there any difference apart from what u get in the box with them? I.e. games etc?

Please advise the best and the worst etc....

As far as i know they are all exactly the same bar the picture on the cooler. This is the same for all graphics cards from all brands.

But as far as NVIDIA goes, im pretty sure BFG, Leadtek and XFX are the best brands of NVIDIA cards on the market :)

If I were to buy one, it would be BFG or XFX as i already have a Leadtek 7800 ;)

not always true some brands use different memory = diffferent overclockability/relaibility etc
 
so which ones are the best? that obvisiously are good overclockers with sufficient amount of memory?
 
Just go for the cheapest IMO.

They will pretty much overclock the same and reach 680/1700 with ease.

The xfx BFG and Asus all offer better warranties so its entirely up to you.

They all use the same reference cooler.

Why would you need to change the cooler on a 7900gtx :confused:

The 7900gtx coolers are about the best air cooler you can have...

You don't need to change the cooler on the GTX.its silent and does the job better than any after market solution.

The GT however is a different story :)
