7900x3d idling 53c, watercooled

Hey all just built pc today and ive seen temps idling at 53c and as high as 70c any idea's?

Ryzen's idle high it is what it is, my 7950x regularly idles at 40-50c. But I've never seen 70c at idle, but just because you think it's idling doesn't mean it is, it may be doing background tasks.

What's your temp under full load?

What are you cooling it with?

If load temps are ok. I would try re-mounting the block.

thanks what i think it is was the liquid cooler had not settled correctlytemps idleing at now 51c solid and underload 60c
