7900xtx brand

Sapphire and PowerColor are both great for AMD cards. The latter does a white variant of the Hellhound, which got a good review here.

You'd have to decide if the blue LEDs on the fans are to your taste though, as I don't believe they're RGB. Other than that the Nitro Vapor-X is probably the king of 7900 XTXs, but it's light grey rather than white.

Yup, the Nitro would also be a good choice for a white build imo as it's light enough.
