790x or gx?

I always thought my Asus M4A79XTD EVO was the 790x version but just noticed when booting it has this line just after boot

is this just me being thick or is it a 790gx mobo?

well the M4A79XTD is a 790x board.

one way to be sure is look at the rear panel. If it has video outputs (vga, dvi, hdmi), then its a gx, if it doesnt, then it an x

chances are its a typo in the bios or something

Thanks for that, can't be arsed to pull it out of its hole to check , I would have noticed any on-board when I was setting the bios up though.
