7950 95% gpu load idle

every 20 mins or so after restart my gpu goes 95% gpu load doing nothing idle.i need help tried everything virus scans with malwarebytes and avira.cleaned with ccleaner and advanced system care.wiped display drivers and reinstalled.task manager no help either.20 mins like clockwork it goes to 95%.gpuz shows it so does afterburner.cpu looks fine though.uninstalled progs too.im stuck.help needed.thanks bob.

Mining malware?

May be worth looking for that? utorrent installed?

Could be worth doing a fresh install or roll back installation of windows.

I stopped using it though, too much in the way of ads being pushed (I know they can be deactivated), and switched to Deluge

Have a look in your installed programs for something called Epic Scale and remove it. Next time you update Utorrent don't just clicking next look at what else it's installing.

think ive stopped it.what I did was Remove all files from C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp and check C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming and C:\ProgramData for gibberish folders or folders I didn't know what they were.then did registry clean with ccleaner and a restart.seems to have stopped the gpu usage.will keep an eye on things just to make sure.also didn't have epic scale and utorrent still installed I have pro don't know if that makes any diff.will update if it comes back.thanks bob..
