Not seen a dedicated 7950 OC's thread so thought would start one as am keen to see what people are getting.
Will start the ball rolling.
Got a couple of Asus DirectCU II Top's in crossfire. Yeah, as will be noted, the cooler could have been better fitted, but I sorted that with some motherboard washers.
OCing has been a bit of a struggle, as just when I think I got things right, I would find some instability. I think for my max I have settled on 1160 core @ 1.218V and 1600 mem.
But at those settings, even with the DCU II coolers, things can get toasty/noisy - up to 75C, but at like 60% fan which is a bit noisier than I like. But I realised am going to be far better off running at lower volts/speed to make the cards last as long as possible.
Can get 1120 at around 1.187, but have not done extended testing.
Was going to settle on 1040 @ stock volts (1.093), but an extended session of heaven proved that to not be quite stable. But then I realised a 30% OC (from standard 7950 clocks) on stock volts may have been wishful thinking.
Hopefully I can get away with just one bump up to 1.1V. Temps I don't think will go above 65C at this combination.
ASICS, for what they worth, are 64.7 and 67.4. I did have another card with 75.4 but was unstable and a really poor clocker.
Would be great to see what others are getting with 7950's as most of what I find OC-wise is people with 7970's.

) unless benching, but then again, I only benched 3DM11 once and got P10200. ASIC if I remember was in the 70's
