7950 not downclocking or overclocking properly

Hi, so basically I've overclocked my 7950 TF3 to 1000/1400 on stock voltage, but when I use YouTube, it clocks up to 1000/1400, but then goes back down to 501/1250. It then stays at 501/1250 even when I'm not on YouTube. Then, when I try running BF3, it stays at 880/1250. If I don't go on YouTube, it clocks properly at 1000/1400 on BF3. It then clocks down properly to 300/150 at idle.
I really don't understand what's going on here, so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

EDIT: I am using MSi Afterburner to overclock.

But just right click of the video go to settings and unclick "enable hardware acceleration"

Thanks, I literally just tried that 5 seconds before you posted, and now it seems to downclock and overclock properly. Stupid flash player again
