7950 to 680

Tbh if I was in your situation I was just add another 7950.
Depending if your motherboard can do crossfire and you have psu enough to power both.
 
Nope, I've had both and once you overclock there isn't much between them.
In fact I'd prefer to have a 7950 (as long as it's a good one. Reference vs reference 680 is better).

I'd add another 7950 (if your motherboard allows), or I'd wait for the price and reviews of the 290 / 780ti. Adding a second 7950 would be my preferred choice.

It depends, a good 680 wins and a v good 7950 wins. The upgrade will be tiny, no point unless u have reasons to go nvidia or it'll cost hardly anything.
