7950 vs GTX670

I have just got a second hand EVGA670 and its running great

However I noticed the 7950s are cheaper and similar performance. I did think about buying one instead of the 670 but I got so annoyed with ATI drivers a few years ago that I move to Nvidia and have never looked back

(I also hear they overclock which well)

Is one better than the other or are they about equal? (apart from the Nvidia being more expensive)

Now that you've got the 670 I wouldn't bother changing but beforehand I'd of recommended the 7950. Cheaper and offers the same performance, sometimes more if you get a good clocker.

They're about even at 1080p.
