When considering a card to be watercooled and overclocked is it better to go with a bottom of the range stock card or a pre overclocked one?
I wonder if during production the factory overclocked ones are cherry picked and the basic ones are those that fail to be stable at speeds? or are all cards born equal in the eyes of the factories and i may as well save money and buy the cheapest.
