As far as I'm aware...I can use my 7950, put in a second Nvidia Card which is dedicated to allow Physx?

Has anyone done this and are there any issues?

What is the cheapest card or second hand card I can do this with? (Approximate price would also be useful)

GTX 460, Tommybhoy is the one to ask about Hybrid PhysX.

Don't bother is my advice, too much hassle.

Ran an old 9600 with my 5870. Did the job of letting me play Batman AA with physx on but keeping all the hacked drivers up to date became a PITA and very few games use it and less benefit from it (the batman games are great with it though mind)
