I can see it has what appears to be 2 DVI outs. Can I simply just plug 2 monitors in and using the settings tab set up Monitor 1 and 2 ? or is there something more fancy to it than this ?
 
Yup, just as bledd said. Make sure you tick Extended Display for your second monitor though, otherwise nothing will come up ;)
