7950GTS - 8800GTS or wait?

Hi Guys

Currently running a 7950GTS at the moment,but want to upgrade to somthing more upto date. Do you think its worth upgrading to a 88000GTS or simply waiting to see what the next batch of Nvidia cards are like?
 
The next batch just going to be tweaked 8800's renamed 9800.If you got money to burn then wait for the new GTX.But its going to be priced high. £169.99 for a GTS is a great price.
 
Went from a XFX 7950GT 512MB at 674/1670 to present BFG 8800GTS 512MB and performance was more than doubled before i overclocked it :)

Well worth it if you ask me. :):)


If budget is tight then the 8800GT is a better price to performance buy.
 
Yeah i been looking at some benchmarks and at the current price the GTS is untouchable bang for buck, so im thinking "YEAH BABY!" :D
 
Yeah im seriously considering ordering one of them, although i have a little inkling to go 8800GTX. But i dont think the extra cost is justifiable and from what i've seen the 8800GTS is about on par with the GTX anyway.
