7950GX2 and TF2 Problem

For some reason ever since I installed TF2 and the new Nvidia drivers, I am no longer able to change to multi-GPU performance mode within the nvidia console control panel. The option is no longer there at all.

On the section where you can manipulate applications regarding your graphics card, the option is there, but when you click on it, it just stays on single GPU mode and wont change at all.

Firstly any ideas? (Ive reverted back to my older drivers) and I still can’t enable multi-GPU mode. Ive googled, but because Nvidia can’t be arsed with this card, I can only really see anything of any relevance from the beginning of 2007 / end of 2006…

Secondly, anyone else have a 7950GX2 and run TF2. if so could you check your settings please. I didn’t notice anything until I had a look whilst changing some video playback options.

Cheers Guys….

I dunno about TF2... but seems in the 160 series drives nVidia have decided that the 7950GX2 is one card (so works in single card mode normally) and the multi-GPU options only showup when you have 2x 7950GX2 i.e. QUAD SLI... I've had to resort to nVtray and nHancer to work around nVidias stupidity.
